SAM DAN:        Describe the essential characteristics of Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan which make it unique and differentiates it from all other styles.

The following items should be submitted to Ron Williams 12240 Murphy Road Suite J  Stafford, TX 77477 and received no later than April 12, 2014

1. Dan promotion form
2. Furnished proof of current Federation membership and copy of 1^st Gup certificate/Dan status (I.D. card)
3. Three photos (small I.D. size)
4. All required essays in typed form (1000 words or more)
5. Proper fees
6. Written Exam/Study Guide

The Federation will only recognize Dan Promotions in Region 6 through this Dan Shim Sa.
